In the beginning of the Fall a new season of battle has arrived to the wider breaking contest scene.
In the beginning of the Fall a new season of battle has arrived to the wider breaking contest scene. The first weekend was marked by the two largest championships: World Breaking Classic in the Netherland and BBIC South Korea. Dancers all around the world follow these annual competitions. Last Sunday, YouTube and Facebook streamed live feeds of the events, whereas the final battle videos uploaded on the same day are already getting tens of thousands of views.
Bucheon B-Boy International Championship
First, on the morning of September 8th, in South Korean Bucheon as part of Bucheon B-Boy International Championship 4 vs. 4 battles went down where Russia and Ukraine were represented by Green Panda Crew. Having prevailed over Foundnation from Japan they faced the winners of Red Bull BC One All Stars in semifinals.

World Breaking Classic
While in Korea bboys battled each other, in the other part of the world, the Netherlands, bboys who had arrived here from all over the planet were just waking up and having breakfast. The global community was anticipating another event – 2 vs. 2 battles between pairs formed by the festival promoters and mixed pairs of invited contestants. The Siberian pair Cheerito and Alcolil as well as the gem of Saint Petersburg breaking scene Nord Diamond performed as contestants from Russia. Diamond was paired with his peer bboy Kid Karam from the UK. As the result, the two pairs faced each other in the finals.
